基于企业网络组织的技术创新扩散过程分析

摘　　要：信息技术、互联网技术的快速发展使得网络组织逐渐成为企业之间合作、分享技术知识的重要形式。网络组织的技术创新扩散对于企业整合资源、获得技术扩散收益、应对快速变化的市场需求、突破技术障碍、减少创新风险等具有非常重要的意义。基于网络组织的技术创新扩散过程和特点,分析增强技术溢出的正面效应、规避负面效应的方式和方法,探讨加速技术创新扩散的有效机制,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。Network organization is becoming one of the important way of cooperation and technical knowledge sharing owing to the rapid development of information technology and internet technology. Technical innovation diffusion of network organization has great significance in enterprise resource planning, obtaining benefits of technology diffusion, dealing with the rapid changing market demand, coping with technical barriers and reducing innovation risk. This paper explored the process and character of technical innovation diffusion based on network organization. It also analyzed the ways of enhancing the benefits and evading the deficits of technology spillover and discussed the effective mechanism of technical innovation diffusion. This research is of great significance in theory and practice.
