摘 要:为了控制绿藻繁殖,消除景观水体富营养化,采集景观水体在实验室培养,采用单因子实验法控制实验条件,探究N/P、温度、pH和Fe3+对景观水体中绿藻生长繁殖的影响。结果显示,绿藻生长的适宜N/P(氮磷比)为(51~10)∶1,温度为25℃~30℃,pH值为8.5,Fe3+浓度为500μg/L。在实际的景观水体治理过程中,应该适当调节这些影响因子的范围,从而达到抑制绿藻生长、控制水体富营养化的目的。To control green algae reproduction and eliminate eutrophication in landscape waterbody, landscape water was sampled to be cultured in laboratory using single-factor experiment to control experimental conditions for studying the effect of N/P, temperature, pH and Fe3+ on green algae growth and reproduction in landscape waterbody. The results showed that green algae was suitable for growing in the waterbody with N/P (nitrogen/phosphorus ratio) of 5∶ 1~10∶ 1, the temperature of 25 ℃-30 ℃, pH of 8.5 and Fe3+ concentration of 500 μg / L. The study indicated that the scope of these impact factors should be appropriately adjusted in the practical control process of landscape waterbody to inhibit the growth of green algae and control eutropication in landscape waterbody.
