摘 要:芦苇作为一种优质的非木质纤维制浆造纸原料,在我国造纸行业应用非常之广,随着芦苇产业的快速发展,在其生产收获这个重要环节中,必须采用一种全新的机械收割代替以往的人工收获。从设计者的角度,针对我国北方及南方芦苇生长环境差异及芦苇收割机设计中的技术关键,提出了适应南方高杆芦苇收割机的设计思路,对收割机的适用性设计进行了论述,并对其发展方向进行了探讨。Bulrush is a kind of excellent pulping and papermaking material with non-lignocellulosic,it has wide application in paper industry of China.With the development of the bulrush industry,a new mechanical harvesting method must be develop to replace previous hand harvest in the important link of harvest.According to the difference of growing environments of northern and southern bulrush,and the key tcechnology of bulrush harvester,the design idea of bulrush harvester(which is suitable for southern higher stalk bulrush) has been proposed from the point of view of designer.The serviceability design of harvester has been discussed and its development direction has been studied.
