企业规模、研发强度、资助强度与政府资助效应——基于常州高新技术企业的数据分析

摘　　要：利用常州高新技术企业的数据分析了企业规模、研发强度、资助强度对政府科技资助促进企业R&D投入效应的影响。实证分析显示,政府科技资助对规模不同的企业R&D投入的促进效应并不存在显著的差异;研发强度的高低会影响到政府科技资助对企业R&D投入的促进效应,研发强度越高,政府科技资助的促进效应越显著;而资助强度的差异不会影响政府科技资助对企业R&D投入的促进效应。Based on the data of Hi-tech enterprises in Changzhou,the paper analyzes the influences of enterprise scale,R D intensity,and subsidization intensity on the effect of governmental subsidization.The empirical results show that the effect of governmental subsidization has no significant difference between enterprises of different scales and different subsidization intensity,but has significant difference between enterprises of R D intensity.While R D intensity is higher,the governmental subsidization has more significant effect on enterprise R D investment.
