摘　　要：由于高校学生规模日益扩大与学生工作老师严重不足,大学生违纪现象越来越严重,而且类型也越来越多。如何在遵守校纪校规的大原则下,对违纪学生进行合理合法的再教育成为摆在教育者面前的一个大课题。文章通过对目前大学生违纪现象的类型与特点的分析,提出了有效的违纪后教育方法与工作重点。Facing the prominent contradiction between increasing students and shortage of students affair teachers,the situation and types of offense become more and more serious.Both obeying school discipline,regulation and legitimate,reasonable post-offense education to students becomes a big problem in front of us.Analyzing types and characteristics of offense,this article puts forward effective post-offense education methods and emphasis.
