论教育的位育之道——基于对适应性教育的反思

摘  要:"位育"不是简单的适应,而是事物在准确定位的基础上与其环境交互作用以致中和的过程。当前教育却是一种位育失当的教育,过多的追求对外界环境的适应,"适应性"教育也由此而产生。"适应性"教育自有其合理之处,但其局限性亦很明显,主要原因便是教育不能准确定位自身位置,并在教育过程中出现本末倒置。为此,我们认为,在实施教育之前应准确把握当今人与社会的复杂性,并在个体自明的基础上引导其社会化,最终使个体能够"安所遂生",实现生命的自由,如此便是教育的"位育"之道。'Wei Yu' is not a simple adaptation,but things in the accurate positioning,based on the process of interacting with its environment lead to Way of the mean.Current education is a bit sterile misconduct of education,seeking too much to adapt to the external environment,so 'adaptive' education appears.'Adaptive' Education has its own validity,but its limitations are also very obvious,the main reason is that education can not accurately locate their position and appear upside down in the education process.We believe that before educating we should concern the complexity of people and the society,and socializing them based on individual self-understanding,let individuals enjoy where they are and what they have,know where they go and make a better life for them in whatever environment to achieve the freedom of life,that is the way of education.
