摘　　要：随着房地产信息化的不断发展,房屋相关信息资源的共享和管理变得越来越重要,本文从GIS和MIS技术相结合的角度,提供了房屋信息管理的一种方式,设计实现了北京市房屋管理信息平台。Along with keep-on development of the informationization of real estate,it＇s more and more important for sharing and managing house-oriented information resource.This paper provides a way of house information management from the aspect of the integration of GIS and MIS technology,designs and realizes Buildings Management Information Platform on Beijing.
