摘 要:目的探讨俯卧位超低剂量7.5mAs多层螺旋CT扫描在肺及乳腺联合体检中的应用价值。方法对38例女性患者,均采用多层螺旋CT常规剂量100mAs及超低剂量7.5mAs俯卧位肺及乳腺联合扫描。记录两组扫描方式肺组织及乳腺结构的显示情况,CT容积剂量指数(CTD)、剂量长度乘积(DLP)数据,分别进行统计学分析。结果两组肺组织及乳腺结构显示变化不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);超低剂量组CT容积剂量指数(CTD)及剂量长度乘积(DLP)仅为常规组的7.5%。结论俯卧位超低剂量7.5mAs多层螺旋CT扫描在肺及乳腺联合体检中能清晰显示肺及乳腺的各部结构,并且辐射剂量明显减少。Objective To explore the application value of prone position and ultra-low dose 7.5 mAs multislice spiral CT(MSCT) scan in the joint physical examination of breast and lung. Methods Thirty-eight female patients all got prone position lung and breast joint scanning with conventional multi-slice spiral CT dose 100 mAs and ultra-low dose 7.5 mAs. Record was made for two sets of structure shows of scanning in lung tissue and mammary gland, the CTvolume dose index(CTD), the dose length product (DLP), then the data were analyzed statistically. Results Two groups of lung tissue and mammary gland structure showed that changes were not obvious, there was no significant difference (P^0. 05) in two groupsl The ultra-low dose of volume CT dose index(CTD) and dose length product (DLP) were only 7.5% of the conventional group. Conclusion Prone position and ultra low dose 7.5 mAs multislice spiral CT scan in lung and breast examination can clearly show the structure of lung and breast ministries, and the radiation dose is significantly reduced.
