摘  要:目的了解2010年石家庄市食品和公共场所行业从业人员沙门氏菌携带情况及菌型分布状况。方法对从业人员粪便进行肠道菌增菌、分离、生化及血清学分型鉴定。结果共检测标本117 288份,其中检出沙门菌93株,总检出率为0.079%,沙门菌经生化和血清学鉴定分为7个血清群21个血清型,其中B群占37.63%,最常见的血清型依次为阿贡纳、里地乌和山夫登堡。结论本地区食品、公共场所从业人员中仍有较高沙门氏菌的阳性携带率,且分型较广,应密切注意人群沙门氏菌变化,加强健康体检,尽早发现阳性带菌者,及时采取相应措施。Objective To investigate the Salmonella carriage status and type distribution among the workers of food and public service industry in Shijiazhuang.Method Fecal samples of workers were collected,then enterobacteria was enriched,isolated and biochemistry and serology identification.Results Total of 117 288 samples were tested,among them,93 strains was Salmonella and the total detection rate was 0.079%.The samples were divided into 21 serotypes and 7 serogroups by biochemical and serological identification,serogroup B accounted for 37.63%.S.agona,S.rideau and S.senftenberg were the most prevalent serotypes.Conclusions The Salmonella positive carrier rate among the workers of food and public service industry in Shijiazhuang was higher with much more serotypes.Inorder to control the carrier,we should give more attention to Salmonella changes,strengthen the health examination,discovered the carriers and take countermeasures in time.
