摘　　要：视听资料作为一种证据形式,是科学技术发展到较高水平的产物。视听资料作为一种法定形式的证据,不仅包括音像证据,而且包括电子证据。视听资料作为一种"高科技证据",其收集、审查、运用不同于其他实物证据。司法实践中,熟悉视听资料特有的证据属性,才能更好地运用视听资料查明证明案件事实。As one form of evidence, Audio -visual proof is the product of science and technology. It includes both audio-visual proof and electronic proof. As high -tech proof, it differs from other proofs in its collecting, examining and utilizing. In judicial practice, only when its judicial attributes are fully comprehended can audio - visual proof be better utilized.
