摘  要:目的探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在出血性脑梗死(HI)患者中的变化及临床意义。方法 52例患者检查明确诊断的HI住院患者,按临床神经功能缺损程度分级,在入院后第1,7,14天分别测定血清MMP-9和hs-CRP含量。结果 1 d、7 d、14 d血清MMP-9和hs-CRP的含量与对照组相比均明显增高,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与1 d相比,轻度神经功能缺损患者血清MMP-9和hs-CRP含量均在7 d时显著增高(P<0.05或P<0.01),14 d时出现下降趋势;而中、重度神经功能缺损患者血清MMP-9和hs-CRP含量均在7 d时非常显著增高(P<0.01),14 d时则出现显著的下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。血清中MMP-9与hs-CRP含量呈显著正相关。结论 MMP-9和hs-CRP可作为HI的早期诊断和判断病情及预后的指标之一。Objective To investigate the dynamic change and clinical significance of serum matrix metalloproteinase9 (MMP9) and high sensitivity C reactive protein(hsCRP) in the patients with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction. Methods Fifty two inpatients with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction were classified according to the clinical degree of neural function defect. The levels of serum MMP9 and hsCRP on d1 , d7 and d,4 after admission were detected respectively. Results The levels of serum MMP9 and hsCRP on d~, d7 , d14 in the treatment group were significantly increased than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups( P 〈0.01 ). The levels of serum MMp9 and hsCRP on d7 were significantly higher than that on d7 in patients with mild neural function defect( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) ;on d14 ,the levels showed a downward trend;hut levels of serum MMP9 and hsCRP levels on d7 were significantly increased in patients with moderate and severe neu ral function defect( P 〈 0. O1 ) ,the levels on d14 showed a significant decline( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). A positive correlation was found between Serum MMP9 and hsCRP levels. Conclusion MMP9 and hsCRP can be used as one of the indicators for the early diagnosis and judgment of condition and prognosis.
