摘　　要：探讨居家管理在乳腺癌所致癌因性疲乏的应用。选取2010年3月至2011年10月行乳腺癌术后化疗的60例患者并进行分组,比较两组出院时与出院1个月后患者对癌因性疲乏缓解的相关健康知识的掌握情况及Piper疲乏自测量表效果评分。结论为居家管理对乳腺癌所致癌因性疲乏的缓解有积极作用,提高患者的遵医行为。To explore the effect of home--management on cancer related fatigue by breast cancer, a total of 60 breast cancer patients were selected who were diagnosed and treated by chemotherapy from June 2010 to March 2011. The patients knowledge and outcomes of Piper scales were recorded when patients leaving hospital and one month after leaving hospital. Conclusion Home--management has a positive effect on controlling cancer related fatigue by breast cancer and improves pa- tients medical compliance behavior.
