摘  要:随着当前学前教育发展越来越受到社会各界的关注,对于古代及近现代儿童教育思想的研究也越来越多,以便汲取其中的精华部分。同时近两年的学前教育义务化也因为公办幼儿园缺失,幼儿入园难,民办幼儿园自身存在很多问题等一系列问题的存在而引起了广泛讨论。本文首先从儿童公养公育的历史渊源谈起,包括原始社会儿童公养公育的思想,康有为儿童公养公育的思想及近代蔡元培的儿童公育思想,并结合古代及近现代经济基础及现实状况从四个方面分析了当前我国要实现学前教育义务化所具备的前提条件。With the current pre-school education more and more concerned by the community, there are more and more stu- dy of for the ancient and the modern children's educational thinking, in order to learn one of the best parts, while the obliga- tion of the past two years because of pre-sehool-run lack of kindergartens, child admission is difficult, there are many prob- lems their own private kindergarten and a series of problems caused by the presence of extensive discussion. This article first talks about the child's history of public education, including the original community's public education of children, the think- ing of Kang Youwei on public education of children and Cai Yuanpei^s modern ideas, combined with ancient and modem economic base and the reality of the situation analysis of four aspects of the current obligations of our country, and the pre- requisite to achieve the obligation of pre-school education.
