摘　　要：本文简要分析了中职学校陷入生源困境的原因，从如何针对性地进行招生宣传、变革和创新办学模式、管理模式、设王特色专业以及办出专业特色等方面进行对策探讨，解决中职学校办学生源危机，并做了实践审视。This article based on the brief analysis of the reason why the secondary vocational schools had trapped in the re- cruiting plight, including some countermeasures discussion and a practical examination on how to recruit students with a clear aim, reform and create a new school running and management pattern, set up characteristic specialty, build professional characteristics, solve the secondary vocational schools recruiting crisis and so on.
