摘　　要：“校企合作、工学结合”是培养高技能、应用型人才的必然途径，是职业教育教学的生命力。校企合作、工学结合人才培养模式是一种以职业人才培养为主要目的的教育模式。它以培养学生的全面职业素质、技术应用能力和就业竞争力为主线，根据本校实际充分利用学校和企业两种不同的教育环境和教育资源，通过学校和合作企业双向介入。将在校的理论学习、基本技能训练与在企业实际工作经历的学习有机结合起来，为生产、服务第一线培养实用型人才。＂The cooperation between school and enterprise, and combining learning with working＂ is the essential way in which we foster high skill and application talented people. The main purpose of this training way is to foster occupation pc- ople. In the whole process of training students that is to cultivate students＇ occupation quality, technical application ability and the employment competition ability as the main line. Through cooperative between school and enterprises two-way in- tervention, the school＇s theory of learning, the training of basic skills and the work experience in the enterprise can combine together According to this, it can foster cultivating practical talents for the production, and service line.
