摘 要:用正交实验和单因素实验研究并优化了高温液态水预处理蔗渣的工艺条件,最佳的工艺条件为:温度180℃,底物浓度10%,保温时间20min,此时水解液中木糖转化率最高,达到75.79%。通过XRD、FT-IR和SEM对比了预处理前后蔗渣的结晶性能、结构和形态的变化。结果表明,预处理后蔗渣纤维素结晶度由57.10%增加到67.88%,晶体尺寸变大;预处理后半纤维素1735cm-1处的特征峰完全消失,说明半纤维素完全降解;预处理后蔗渣纤维表面变得不规则,大量的细小纤维暴露出来,纤维的比表面积增加。The operation condition of hot liquid water pretreatment of bagasse was studied optimized by orthogonal test and single factor test.The optimum condition was operating temperature 180℃,keeping 20min and the substrate concentration 10%.Under this condition,the conversion rate of xylose was the highest,reaching 75.79%.The crystal performance,structure and morphology of the original and pretreated bagasse were characterized by XRD,FTIR and SEM.Results showed that the crystallinity of cellulose of bagasse increased from 57.10% to 67.88%,and the crystallite size also increased after the pretreatment.The characteristic peak of hemicelluloses of 1735cm-1 completely disappeared.It indicated that the hemicelluloses were degraded completely during the pretreatment.The surface of cellulose became irregular,and many fines were exposed,and the specific surface area of cellulose became lager after the hot liquid water pretreatment.
