摘　　要：保障校园安全是学校管理的首要任务。本文分析了英国校园安全管理体系,将其运作特点总结为依法明确责任、建立儿童信托伙伴关系、重视事前预防、全面的回应措施和透明化的沟通等方面,并论述了对完善我国校园安全管理体系的启示。Ensuring school safety and security is the priority task in school management. This paper analyzes the school safety management system of UK, and summarizes its features as the following： accountable performance by law, establishment of children＇s trust partnerships, focus on prevention, comprehensive response, and transparent communication. It finally discusses the enlightenment to China＇s school safety management system.
