基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在结直肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取结直肠癌标本53例,良性腺瘤标本31例;以正常结直肠黏膜标本37例作为对照组,用免疫组织化学SP法检测MMP-2的表达变化,并与临床特征进行相关性分析。结果 MMP-2在正常黏膜、良性腺瘤和结直肠癌组阳性表达率分别为8.1%、12.9%和75.5%,与正常黏膜组和良性腺瘤组比较,结直肠癌组MMP-2表达率增加,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);MMP-2蛋白表达与肿瘤分化程度无相关性(P﹥0.05),而与肿瘤淋巴结转移和临床病理分期密切相关(P﹤0.05)。结论 MMP-2在结直肠癌组织中高表达,与肿瘤的发生、发展和复发有关,可作为判断结直肠癌进展及恶性程度的参考指标之一。OBJECTIVE To explore the expression and clinical significance of MMP-2 in colorectal malignant adenoma.METHODS Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the MMP-2 expression in the tissues of 37 normal membrane mucosa,31 benign colorectal adenoma and 53 colorectal malignant adenoma.RESULTS The positive rate of MMP-2 was 8.1% in normal membrane mucosa,12.9% in nonmalignant adenoma and 75.5% in colorectal malignant adenomas.It was shown that the positive rate of MMP-2 expression in colorectal malignant adenomas was significantly increased than that in normal membrane mucosa and nonmalignant adenoma（P﹤0.05）.The positive rate of MMP-2 had no correlation with tumor differentiation,but had correlation with LN metastasis and stage.CONCLUSION MMP-2 highly expresses in in colorectal malignant adenoma,which is probably related with occurrence,development and recurrence of in colorectal malignant adenoma.
