摘　　要：文章根据19世纪20-40年代在喀什写成的两份察合台维吾尔文契约文书,分析了它们的书写格式,着重解读两份契约文书所反映的瓦克夫(waqf)制度的问题。认为在清代南疆,虽然清政府实行政教分离,没有正式地向宗教机构施舍过土地,但作为朝廷命官的各级伯克以私人名义向宗教机构捐赠瓦克夫地可能不在少数。This paper analyzes two contractual documents in Chagatai Uygur written in Kashgar between 1820 to 1840 and focuses on their format and the system of Waqf reflected by the documents. This paper finds out that in the Qing Dynasty, the cases in which Beks in person as the officials of the Qing court donated Waqf land to religious organizations were not rare.
