摘　　要：中医各家学说课程医案实践教学极为重要。医家的相关医案是其学术思想的真实反映,通过分析医案可以充分了解医家的临床经验,深入理解其对中医理论的深化和独特观点,使学生更好地理解医家学术思想,并学习如何将理论与临床相结合,为未来的临床工作打下坚实基础。中医各家学说课程医案实践教学包括编写医案实践教学大纲、建立医案库、医案解析与课堂应用,形成了完整系统的医案实践教学体系。Medical records teaching method in theories of TCM course is very important. Medical cases reflect academic thoughts of ancient medical experts. Analysis of medical records can fully understand clinical experience and their unique perspectives, make students understand the thought of the experts better and learn how to combine theories with clinic, to lay a solid foundation for future clinical work. Medical records teaching in theories of TCM course including the preparation of cases, establishing cases database, case analysis and applications in class. At last, a complete system of Medical records teaching will be formed.
