自拟散风通络汤治疗偏头痛对血管收缩与舒张因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察散风通络汤治疗偏头痛对血管收缩与舒张因子的影响及临床疗效。方法:选择符合条件的偏头痛病人140例,随机分为治疗组70例和对照组70例,对照组口服卡马西平,治疗组口服散风通络汤,并检测两组治疗前、治疗后4周血管收缩因子血浆内皮素(ET)、舒血管因子一氧化氮(NO)值。结果:经4周治疗,治疗组头痛改善显效率明显高于对照组,治疗后治疗组ET值较对照组显著下降,NO值显著上升,头痛改善显效率亦明显高于对照组(P<0.05),具统计学意义。结论:散风通络汤治疗偏头痛疗效显著,可能通过影响ET、NO水平起作用。Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of Sanfeng Tongluo Decoction on Vascular contractile and relaxation factor in patients with migraine. Methods ： 140 patients with migraine were randomly divided into control group （ 70 cases ）, and treatment group （ 70 cases ）. The control group was treated with carbamazepine, the treatment group was treated with Sanfeng Tongluo Decoction, plasma endothelin （ ET ） and nitric oxide （ NO ）levels were determined before and after 4 weeks of treatment. Results ： The significant efficiency for cluster headaches improving of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. After treatment, ET value in treatment group significantly decreased than that in the control group. Headache improved efficiency was higher than control group. There was statistically significant difference between two groups （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Sanfeng Tongluo Decoction in treatment of migraine has notable curative effect, probably by affecting ET and NO levels.
