摘　　要：研究生培养模式对于研究生的培养质量起着很重要的作用,根据我国的实际情况,团队的培养模式越来越得到重视。经过多年的探索与实践,我们逐渐形成了一种"专业课程学习—专题讨论班—综合讨论班"的链式团队培养模式及运行机制,这种培养模式得到了普遍的欢迎,也取得了很好的效果。The training mode for graduate student plays an important part in the cultivation quality of postgraduates. Based on national condition, team training mode got more and more attraction. Lots of exploration and practice has been made during the past few years. Team training mode and operation mechanism of ＂Academic course studying to seminar to comprehensive discussion＂ was gradually formed. The pattern received a warm welcome and achieved good benefit.
