摘　　要：将基于虚拟仪器编程语言LABVIEW的开发环境引入到AIS的信息处理,首先阐述了AIS信息的基本内容和解码的基本原理,然后对信息进行解码,以及解码信息的数据库存储等方面进行研究,提出了一个完整的AIS解码系统。实验结果证明该系统信息准确可靠,为后续基于AIS信息的深化和应用提供了重要的保证。其创新之处在于,引入例如虚拟仪器开发环境,并开发了船舶交通方面的应用程序。By introducing the development environment based on the programming language LABVIEW in virtual instrument into the information processing of AIS,basic contents and decoding principle of AIS information are set forth.Decoding of information and database storage of the decoded information are studied together to build a complete AIS decoding system,which is essential to deep application of AIS information.Experimental results prove that this system is accurate and reliable.This study made contribution to the development concept and practice in marine traffic field.
