摘　　要：保证海上航行安全是国际海事组织(IMO)的重要宗旨之一,IMO通过制定公约并在全球范围内积极推行公约的统一实施在航行安全方面取得了显著的成绩。回顾IMO海事安全类公约制定及修改的进程,指出近年来IMO开始引入一些新的理念,包括将FSA、GBS和人的因素理论运用到海事立法过程中。在总结IMO海事安全类公约发展的主要趋势基础上进行了进一步分析,以期为相关研究人员更好地把握IMO海事安全类公约的未来发展提供参考意见。One of important missions of the International Maritime Organization（IMO） is to ensure the safety of international shipping through promoting the formulation and worldwide strict implementation of maritime conventions.The process of formulation and amendment of safety related conventions is briefly reviewed and some new concepts that IMO introduces into the regulatory framework in recent years such as FSA,GBS and human elements are run through.Based on a summary of the latest development of safety conventions,the analysis of trends in maritime conventions is made so as to provide a useful reference to related researchers.
