摘　　要：高速公路运输量数据是国家和运输主管部门迫切需要的,但在我国现行公路运输量统计调查制度下还无法得到,亟需进行统计研究。基于高速公路计重收费系统中的出口车流量、通行费收入、车货总质量、超限率等信息,同时结合对货运车辆空车质量的抽样调查数据,建立了货运量、货运周转量统计模型,提出了高速公路货物运输量的统计方法,并以昆明东绕城高速公路为例验证该算法的可行性。研究结果表明:利用此统计方法获取基础数据方便,可大大减轻调查难度,节省费用和时间,并且为某一范围的货物运输量统计提供新的思路。研究成果不仅能反映高速公路的货运运输能力和效率,而且为进一步测算高速公路运输在综合运输体系中的地位作用,衡量高速公路对区域经济和国民经济的贡献提供基础数据。The expressway transportation data was urgently needed by state and transportation administrative department, but it could not be got in China＇s current transportation volume survey system and statistical researches are still need. Based on information such as the exit traffic volume, the income of toll dues, the weights of cargo and vehicle, overload rate in expressway toll-by-weight, combined with the sampling survey data of the empty weight of trucks, a model of statistics freight volume and freight turnover was established, and the statistical method of expressway transportation volume of goods was put forward. Taken Kunming east- ring expressway for example, the feasibility of this algorithm was verified. The results show that using this statistical method could conveniently obtain basic data, greatly reduce difficulty of investigation, save costs and time, and provide new ideas for the statistical method of a range of transportation volume of goods. The results not only can reflect the expressway freight transport capacity and efficiency, but also can provide basic data for further estimation of the role of expressway transport in an integrated transport system, and for measuring the contribution of expressway to regional economy and national economy.
