摘　　要：英国运动派诗人菲利普·拉金早年的诗歌创作深受美国现代派诗歌的影响,但是拉金在批判性地学习和研究美国现代诗歌的过程中,对这些现代派诗歌发出了质疑和抨击。本文分析了拉金在诗学理念、创作思想和语言技巧方面与美国诗歌展开的对话和对抗,指出拉金诗歌语言的简单化、诗歌风格的通俗化是对以庞德和艾略特为首的"精英化"、"学问化"诗歌理念的对抗,对"非英雄主义"审美观的张扬,进而探讨了拉金和美国现代主义深度"神话"的冲突与其独特的后现代诗歌风格的深层联系。Philip Larkin,the British poet of the Movement,was greatly influenced by American Modernist poetry in his early years,but Larkin came to oppugn and criticize this Modernist poetry after a critical analysis and study of it.This paper analyzes Larkin＇s dialogue and contradicts to American Modernism in the perspectives of poetic theory,inditement ideology,and language skills.Larkin＇s contempt for ＂Elitism＂ and ＂Scholarism＂ represented by T.S Eliot and E.Pound,as well as his affirmation of ＂non-Heroism＂ aesthetics,results in the simplicity and vulgarization of his poetic language,which reveals the link between Larkin＇s opposition against the deep ＂myth＂ of modernism and his post-modernist style.
