摘　　要：在信息化,网络化的今天,企业之间的竞争已不再集中于产品质量,而上升到了供应链之间的竞争。打造衔接紧密,反应迅速的供应链对于企业日益重要,供应链的整合也因而变得更加必须。Today, as the information and network technology develops, the competition among enterprises is no longer product quality any more, but becomes the competition between the supply chains. Creating a close convergence, responsive quickly supply chain is increasingly important for enterprises, so the supply chain integration has become even more imperative.
