摘 要:为探讨燃烧工质和冷却液共同作用下缸盖的温度分布,采用流固耦合的方法对某柴油机缸盖进行温度场分析。首先利用AVL-Fire对缸内工作过程和水套进行CFD分析,得到气缸和水套壁面的热边界条件,然后把热边界条件映射到有限元网格,通过有限元分析算出缸盖温度场。结果表明,缸盖最高温度远低于材料许可温度,其温度分布合理地阐释了缸盖的"热"工作环境。For investigating the temperature distribution of cylinder head under the coaction of burned gas and coolant,the temperature field of the cylinder head of a diesel engine is analyzed with fluid-solid coupling technique.Firstly,a CFD analysis is carried out on in-cylinder working process and water jacket with software AVL-Fire,and the thermal boundary conditions for the wall surfaces of cylinder and water jacket are obtained.Then the thermal boundary conditions are mapped to FE meshes,and the temperature field of cylinder head is calculated by FE analysis.The results demonstrate that the highest temperature of cylinder head is far lower than the permissive temperature of material,and the temperature distribution rationally explains the "heat" working environment of cylinder head.
