摘  要:为满足纯电动汽车动力总成试验台数据采集与控制系统网络化和智能化的需求,以英飞凌XC164CM单片机为核心,开发了基于CAN总线的试验台通信转换与数据采集单元,达到试验台各控制器节点间数据信息共享;以SAE J1939为基础,制订了试验台CAN网络应用层协议;构建了试验台数据采集与控制系统的基本结构框架,实现了所需的通信与控制功能。最后以智能型放电仪为例,对数据采集与控制系统的实现方法进行了详细描述;并通过动力电池放电试验,验证了系统的可行性和有效性。For meeting the requirements of networking and intelligentization of the data collection and control system of a test bench for the powertrain assembly of an electric vehicle,a CAN-bus-based communication conversion and data acquisition unit for the test bench is developed with Infineon XC164CM processor as its core,achieving the data information sharing among knots in the controller of test bench.The CAN network application layer protocol of the test bench is designed based on protocol SAE J1939.The basic architecture frame of the data acquisition and control system for test bench is constructed and the required functions of communication and control are realized.Finally the implementation scheme for the data collection and control system is described in detail by taking an intelligent battery discharge unit as an example,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the system is verified by the discharge test of power batteries.
