替吉奥胶囊治疗老年进展期胃癌42例  

S-1 in the treatment of 42 elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer

摘　　要：目的观察替吉奥胶囊治疗老年晚期胃癌的疗效及不良反应。方法42例具有可测量指标的老年晚期胃癌患者给予替吉奥胶囊80mg／m2，分2次口服，连服28d，休息14d为1个周期，连用2个周期，按RECIST1．1标准评价客观疗效和不良戽应。结果42例患者中完全缓解（cR）1例，部分缓解（PR）18例，病情稳定（SD）11例和病情进展（PD）12例，总有效率（RR）为45．2％（19／42），疾病控制率（DCR）为71．4％（30／42）。主要不良反应为白细胞减少、全身倦怠感、恶心、呕吐等。结论替吉奥胶囊治疗进展期胃癌有较好疗效，不良反应小，特别适宜于年老体弱患者。Objective To observe the efficacy and adverse reactions of S-1 capsule in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods Forty-two patients with advanced gastric cancer were enrolled. S-1 was administered orally twice daily after meals, at a standard dose of 80 ng/ m2. One course consisted of conseeutive administration for 28 days and 14 days＇ rest. Administration was repeated 2 courses at least. Efficacy and adverse reactions were evaluated according to the RECIST 1.1 standard. Results Among the 42 patients, the complete response was achieved in 1 patient, partial response in 18 patients, stable disease in 11 patients and progressive disease in 12 patients. The total response rate was 45.2% （19/42）. The disease controll rate was 71.4% （30/42）. The major adverse reactions were leucopenia, malaise, nausea and emesis. No serious unexpected adverse reactions were observed. Conclusions S-1 capsule is effective and tolerable in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer, especially for elderly patients.
