摘　　要：2012全国大学外语课程及教学改革学术研讨会于2012年1月4日至7日在哈尔滨商业大学顺利召开。本文拟对本次会议的主要学术观点做简要述评,总结现代教育信息技术对大学英语教学的影响,并阐述外语教育信息化进程中信息技术与外语课程的整合所面临的问题和挑战,从理论和实践两个层面阐述外语教育技术学学科构建的有关问题。The 2010 National Conference on Foreign Language Curriculum and College English Teaching Reform was held in Harbin University of Commerce from January 4th to 7th, 2012. the conference, this paper attempts to summarize the impact of ICT on By reviewing the major points contributed at College English Reformation, to convey the challenges the integration of ICT into foreign language curriculum faces, and to explore the disciplinary construction of E- educology of foreign languages.
