摘　　要：北京企业研发组织发展在提升企业自主创新能力、建设创新型城市中发挥了重要作用,但企业研发组织的发展也存在着一些问题,主要是数量少、发展不均衡、功能不合理以及现有体制的局限等。我们认为应从更新观念、完善政策、改革科技体制等方面着手完善创新环境,促进企业研发组织的健康发展。The enterprise R＆D organizations in Beijing have played an important role in improving the ability of the enter- prises＇ independent innovation and building an innovation - oriented city. But the enterprise R＆D organizations also have some problems： its amount is small; the development is unbalanced; the function is irrational; the current system con- straints its development. We should improve the environment for innovation and promote the healthy development of the en- terprise R＆D organizations through updating ideas, improving policies, and reforming science and technology system.
