摘　　要：集群创新网络在决定企业、地区和国家的创新绩效以及建构国家创新体系中正在发挥越来越重要的作用,它成了国内外学术界研究的热点问题。根据集群创新网络的国际竞争力的形成机理,将我国集群创新网络的国际竞争力与世界主要发达国家的相比较,找出差距并提出相应的对策,为政府决策以及集群发展提供依据。Cluster innovation network is playing a more and more important role in deciding innovative performance of en- terprise, region and country and constructing national innovative system. It has become a focus issue in the field of academ- ic research at domestic and overseas. This paper compares international competitiveness of cluster innovative network in China with global main developed countries, discovers our shortages and puts forward relevant countermeasure.
