摘　　要：散手比赛意识是运动员根据场上具体情况,通过观察、思维、判断支配自己采取合理行动的心理过程的总和。它包括技术的目的性,行动的预见性、判断的准确性、战术的应变性、动作的隐蔽性、行动的果断性与连续性等要素,实战比赛、观察能力训练、战术知识水平和战术训练是运动员散手意识形成的主要影响因素,也是分析提高散手比赛攻防意识的主要途径。The consciousness of Sanshou is made by athletes according to the field situation,through observation,thinking,and judgment to dispose of their own to take reasonable line.It includes technical purpose,action of foresight,judgment accuracy,tactical contingency,covert action,act decisively and continuity.Combat game,observation ability training,Tactical knowledge level and tactical training are the main factors influencing consciousness form of Sanshou.It is also the way to improve the competition consciousness of attack and defense of athletes.
