摘　　要：目的探讨外周血中Survivin mRNA表达与胃癌的关系。方法以GAPDH作内参照,应用实时定量RT-PCR技术检测55例胃癌化疗前及病情进展后患者外周血中Survivin mRNA表达水平。结果化疗前Survivin mRNA表达水平为0.6012±0.0496,疾病进展后Survivin mRNA表达水平为0.7190±0.0961(P<0.05)。回归分析发现,Survivin mRNA的表达水平及分期是影响胃癌预后的独立因素。结论外周血Survivin mRNA可以作为胃癌早期诊断,判断胃癌复发或转移及预后的客观指标之一。Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of survivin mRNA in the peripheral blood and gastric carcinoma.Methods The expression level of survivin mRNA in the peripheral blood of gastric carcinoma was detected by real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR） before chemotherapy and after progression,and glyceraldehyde phosphate dehydrogenase（GAPDH） was used as an internal reference.Results The expression level of survivin mRNA was 0.6012±0.0496 before chemotherapy.It reached 0.7190±0.0961 with the progression.The regression analysis revealed that the expression level of surviving mRNA and stages were independent variables in affecting gastric carcinoma prognosis.Conclusion Survivin mRNA in the peripheral blood of gastric carcinoma could serve as an important indicator to diagnose gastric carcinoma early and determine the recurrence or progression and prognosis.
