摘 要:目的探讨CXCR7/CXCL12在乳腺癌淋巴结转移中的作用。方法应用Western blot法,检测乳腺癌组织中CXCR7/CXCL12的表达情况。结果乳腺癌组织中CXCR7/CXCL12表达水平明显高于正常乳腺组织(P<0.05);48例淋巴结转移癌组织中36例CXCR7/CXCL12蛋白表达水平高于原发癌组织;CXCR7/CXCL12表达水平与肿瘤淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论 CXCR7/CXCL12在乳腺癌及其淋巴结转移癌组织中均呈高表达,CXCR7/CXCL12可能在乳腺癌淋巴结转移过程中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the role of CXC chemokine receptor-7(CXCR7) and CXC chemokine ligand-12(CXCL12) in tumorigenesis of breast carcinoma.Methods The expression levels of clinicopathological markers(CXCR7/CXCL12) were obtained from histological specimens of 102 patients with breast carcinoma by Western blot analysis.Results The expression of CXCR7 and CXCL12 was significantly higher in breast cancer than in matched normal tiusse(P0.05).The expression of CXCR7 and CXCL12 was higher in lymph node metastases that were present in 36 of the 48 cases compared to the primary tumor.The expression level of CXCR7 and CXCL12 was related to lymph node metastasis(P0.05).Conclusion Overexpression of CXCR7 and CXCL12 is found in primary breast cancer and lymph node metastases.The CXCR7/CXCL12 may play an important role in lymph node metastasis of breast cancer.
