摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌患者外周血淋巴细胞(PBL)CD44表达的临床意义。方法应用流式细胞术(FCM),检测乳腺癌组、乳腺良性疾病组及正常对照组PBL CD44的表达水平。结果乳腺癌组术前PBL CD44表达水平明显高于正常对照组及良性疾病组;不同病理类型乳腺癌组织间其表达无明显差异;有淋巴结转移乳腺癌患者PBL CD44表达量明显高于无淋巴结转移者。各实验组PBL CD44阳性表达率均>90%,两组比较均无统计学差异。结论 PBL CD44表达对乳腺癌早期诊断及病情监测有一定临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of CD44 expression in the peripheral blood lymphocytes（PBL） of patients with breast cancer.Methods The contents of CD44 were determined by flow cytometry in PBL of 30 patients with breast cancer before surgery,30 patients with benign breast diseases and 30 normal controls.Results The contents of CD44 in PBL were significantly higher in patients with breast cancer before surgery compared with those of controls.The patients with lymph node metastasis showed significantly elevated CD44 levels than those without lymph node metastasis.Conclusion CD44 levels in PBL may be of important clinical value in diagnosis and evaluation for patients with breast cancer.
