摘 要:应用ADAMS软件建立了重型铰接式自卸汽车后车体虚拟样机模型,运用四柱仿真试验台对平衡恳架的动力学特性进行仿真,得到了横拉杆在中、后桥4个车轮分别受到左右反相、中后反相、对角线反相3种激励工况下的受力特性曲线。以不同模型下横拉杆轴向力均方根值的大小为指标,分析了不同的导向机构形式以及不同的纵拉杆夹角对横拉杆动力学特性的影响,为重型汽车平衡悬架导向机构的选型与设计提供理论参考。The software ADAMS was used to establish the virtual prototyping model of heavy articulated dump truck' s rear body.The movement of the balanced suspension was simulated by the four post rig.The force curve of the panhard rod was obtained under the three incentive conditions of pitch,roll and warp,which acted on the four wheels of the middle and rear axle.The influences of different guiding mechanism forms and different longitudinal rods' angles on the panhard rod' s dynamic characteristics were analyzed under the index of the root mean square of the panhard rod ' s axial force in different models.These provide a theoretical reference for the selection and design of the balanced suspension' s guiding mechanism.
