牙半切术后固定桥修复的咀嚼功能评价

摘　　要：目的评价牙半切术后固定桥修复的咀嚼功能。方法选择15例部分牙根病变严重需行牙半切术的患者作为研究对象,术后行固定桥修复患牙的牙体缺损。以患侧修复前及健侧为对照,检测患侧固定桥修复1个月时的咀嚼效率。结果患侧行固定桥修复1个月时的咀嚼效率明显高于同侧修复前(P<0.01)。与健侧比较,患侧行固定桥修复1个月时的咀嚼效率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论牙半切术后采用固定桥修复,能够切实有效的恢复患者的咀嚼功能,获得良好的修复效果。【Objective】 To evaluate the masticatory efficiency of fixed bridge restoration after tooth hemisection.【Methods】 15 patients with tooth hemisection were treated with fixed bridge,and assessed masticatory efficiency after using dentures for 1 months.The masticatory efficiency of the affected side teeth before restoration and unaffected side served as the comparison.【Results】 Compared with affected side before restoration,the masticatory efficiency after dentures for 1 month by affected side was significantly improved（P 〈0.01）,and was similar to the unaffected side（P 〉0.05）.【Conclusion】 The patients with tooth hemisection for fixed bridge had relatively good masticatory function.
