高效液相色谱法测定活血止痛胶囊中阿魏酸的含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定活血止痛胶囊中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以ODS-C18色谱柱分离,以甲醇:乙醇:1%冰醋酸=20:10:70为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长320nm。结果线性范围5.4～86.4μg/ml,r=0.9986,测得平均回收率100.38%,RSD=1.28%。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于活血止痛胶囊中阿魏酸的质量控制。Objective To set up a method for determining the content of Ferulic acid in Huoxuezhitong capsules.Methods HPLC was adopted in the study.An ODS-G18 column was used for separation.The mobile phase was methanol acetonitrile-1% glacial acetic acid （20：10：70）.The detection wavelength was 320nm.Results The linear range for it was 5.4～86.4 μg/ml,r=0.9986.The average rate of recovery was 100.38%,RSD=1.28%.Conclusion The method is fast,reliable,accurate and can be used in the quality control of ferulic acid in Huoxue zhitong capsules.
