摘　　要：北京市城镇基本医疗保险自2010年开始实施持卡结算。这项惠民工程的实施,对医疗机构的就诊流程、信息系统的使用、医生的诊疗行为等都提出了更为严格的要求。面对挑战,医疗机构举措得当是实施医疗持卡结算的重要保障。The government of Beijing has carried out ＇Using medical insurance card and real-time gross settlement＇ since 2010, This people-benefit project brought many challenges to the medical services organizations. Health care organizations had to face more roles about reestablishment of treatment process, diagnosis and treatment behavior and reform of information system. Therefore, how to face challenges and enforce management are the key job for medical insurance management in future.
