摘 要:怀化学院"三位一体"人才培养模式是对以往人才培养模式的超越与发展,是当下中国地方教学型高校人才培养最理性的选择。"三位一体"人才培养模式的推广与落实必然依赖于系部各个专业及其相应的具体课程的应有变革。法学专业要真正全面实施"三位一体"人才培养模式,必须要求每门具体法学课程的教学作出相应的变革。作为行政法学实践教学的案例教学是落实"三位一体"人才培养模式的有效途径之一;其展现为行政法学案例教学的事前筹划、行政法学案例教学的事中实施以及行政法学案例教学的事后考评三重维度。The "Trinity" talent - training model of Huaihua University is the surpassing and development of the talent cultivation mode in the past and the most rational choice of talent cultivation of current local teaching - oriented universities in China. The promotion and implementation for "Trinity" talent - training model necessarily relies on departments' individual professional and their corresponding specific programmes' change. Law major should require each specific law course's teaching to make corresponding changes if it wants to implement "trinity" talent - training mode truly and comprehensively. The case teaching of administrative law's practice teaching is one of the effective ways to carry out the "trinity" of talent training mode. It shows triple dimensions: the planning in advance for the case teaching of administrative law, the enforcement in the middle for the case teaching of administrative law and the assessment afterwards tot the case teaching of administrative law.
