摘 要:通过问卷调查、访谈、课堂观察等得出结论,农村英语教师虽对新课程培训持认同态度,但缺乏参与的积极性和主动性;教师的学历层次不高,对英语教学技能和教育教学研究方法的培训需求明显;现有新课程培训内容针对性不强,培训方式单一,缺乏实效。针对这些问题,亟需构建适合农村英语教师的培训体系,即以提升教师专业能力为核心取向,并据此优化培训内容;强调参培教师的主体地位,以"参与———分享"式培训为主导;整合优质资源,强化全过程指导,构建有效的培训支持体系。Through questionnaire, interviews and classroom observation, the research discovers that rural English teachers have the following problems concerning New - Course Training: Although they have agreed admittance on the importance of the training, they lack active and initiative participation; Due to low education degree, they have obvious demands for training on English teaching skills and methods; the existing New - Course Training is not clearly - targeted with single training mode and poor actual effect. To solve these problems, we need to construct a suitable training system for rural English teachers, i. e., enhancing teachers' professional abihty should be the core orientation and the basis for optimizing training contents: the dominant position of the trainees should be emphasized through the implementation of "Participation and Sharing" training mode; we should integrate high quality resources and st^ngthen the whole-process guidance to build an effective training support system.
