摘　　要：本文研究带负顾客和Bernoulli反馈的M/G/1休假排队系统,正顾客服务完后以概率1-θ反馈到队尾等待下次服务,以概率θ(0<θ≤1)离开系统.负顾客抵消正在接受服务的正顾客.利用补充变量法和状态转移分析模型,得到了系统主要排队指标和稳态队长概率母函数.An M/G/1 queueing system with negative customers and Bernoulli feedback was studied. Just after completion of his service, a positive customer may leave the system with probability 0（0 〈 0 θ≤ 1 ） , or feed- back with probability 1 - θ Negative customers remove positive customers at the head of the queue who is being serviced. By using supplemental variable method and state transfer analysis, the main queueing indexes, the steady state probability generating function and the result of stochastic decomposition in the system are ob- tained.
