摘 要:以产奶的黑白花奶牛 2 0头 ,分为两组 ,每组 10头。在同一日粮和饲养管理条件下 ,一组投丸 ,为试验组 ;另一组不投丸 ,为对照组。预试期 10 d,正试期 32 d。试验结果 ,试验组日平均产奶量 17.76 kg,对照为 16 .30 kg。试验组比对照组提高 8.95% (p<0 .0 1) ;校正为 4 %乳脂率的标准乳的日产奶量 ,试验组为 15.99kg,对照组为 13.94 kg,试验组比对照组提高 14.71% (p<0 .0 1) ;乳糖、乳脂及乳蛋白分别比对照组提高 8.12 % (p<0 .0 1) ,11.0 1%与 5.79% (p<0 .0 5)。结果表明 ,缓释丸释放的微量元素能够提供产奶牛的需要 ,对产奶量和乳品质的提高有显著的影响。Twenty Holstein Friesian were randomly allotted to two groups, each of ten cows, on the basis of the same ration and under the same condition. One group served as treatment group, were administered the boluses. The other group served as the untreated control. The period of trial was 32d with 10d of pretrial. The results were as follow: mean daily milk yield and mean daily yield of fat corrected milk (FCM) in treatment group were 17.76kg and 15.99kg, were 8.95% and 14.71% higher than those of control (16.30kg and 13.94kg). The percentage of lactose, milk fat and protein in treatment group were 8.12%, 11.01% and 5.79% higher than those of control. The results showed that the released amount of trace elements in the boluses could meet dairy cow's requirement and significantly improve milk yield and quality.
