基于中小型制造业的MCR控制、实施与考核研究——以美国卡莱轮胎公司为例

摘　　要：不合理的生产计划安排可能导致企业生产客户不需要的产品而产生大量库存,或者订单充足而计划安排不妥造成拖欠订单等问题,进而导致生产计划和生产现场之间的信息脱节。针对传统生产计划安排中存在的问题,提出了用MCR控制表对生产计划进行控制。实践证明,将此控制工具应用到卡莱轮胎公司中,成功地降低了企业库存,加速了企业资金流动,充分表明了该控制工具在企业中具有良好的应用性。The unreasonable production schedule may lead to the production of products which customers do not need so that produce a lot of inventory,or sufficient orders but arrears caused by improper scheduling orders and other issues lead to the information gap between the production plan and the production site.As to the traditional production scheduling problems,we propose to use MCR control table to control the production plan.Practice has proved that this control tool applied to Carlisle Tire Company succeeded in reducing the inventory of enterprises,and accelerated the corporate capital flows,which has fully demonstrated the control tools in the enterprise with good applicability.
