摘　　要：运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法,对河北省体育人才资源的现状进行了描述,并对河北省体育人才资源的优劣势进行了分析,在此基础上提出了河北省体育人才队伍建设的目标与任务,并针对当前我省体育人才资源存在的问题提出科学的建议与对策。This paper describes the present situation of sports talents resource with the methods of literature data,survey and mathematical statistics,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of sports talents in Hebei province.It puts forward the target and task of the team construction of sports talents in Hebei province and the scientific advices and countermeasures according to the problems of sports talents in Hebei province at present.
