疣状胃炎与幽门螺杆菌感染及病理相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨疣状胃炎与幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染及病理改变的关系。方法观察78例疣状胃炎Hp感染情况、内镜表现及病理改变,同时与随机选择同期检查的慢性胃炎82例进行比较。结果疣状胃炎组Hp感染率显著高于慢性胃炎组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疣状胃炎组Hp感染率随炎症活动程度加重而增高;疣状胃炎组中重度肠上皮化生及不典型增生者均明显高于慢性胃炎组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Hp感染与疣状胃炎发生发展密切相关;疣状胃炎伴有明显的病理异常,有恶变倾向,应重视诊治和随访。Objective To explore the relation between verrucosa gastritis（VG） and helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection and pathology.Methods Totally 78 cases of VG were selected,the infection of Hp,endoscopic findings and pathological changes were observed;Another 82 cases of chronic gastritis were selected as control.Results The rate of Hp infection was significantly higher in VG patients than that in chronic gastritis patients（P0.05）.The rate of Hp infection was grown with the inflammation activity;The middle and severe intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia was significantly higher in r in VG patients than that in chronic gastritis patients（P0.05）.Conclusions Hp infection was associated with the development of VG;VG patients are accompanied with abnormal of pathological changes and should be taken consideration.
