保尔佳联合常规化疗方案介入治疗中晚期胃癌的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的进行保尔佳高浓度介入动脉灌注＋常规化疗方案治疗中晚期胃癌疗效观察。方法30例随机分为治疗组和对照组，各15例；两组治疗均用PDD＋THP＋SFU法，同时治疗组用保尔住每次动脉灌注10ug，术后口服保尔佳片剂100ug,3次用，连续用10天。结果治疗组CR2例，SD2例，PR8例，有效率（CR＋PR）为66．7％，稳定率（PR＋CR＋SD）为93．3％，对照组CR2例，PR7例，有效率（CR＋PR）为466％，稳定率为60％。结果显示治疗组瘤体（包括肝转移）变化明显高于对照组。统计学有显著意义。结论保尔佳高浓度＋常规化疗方案介入灌注化疗，治疗组起到了很好的协同和互补作用，提高了灌注化疗药物的疗效，而且降低了毒副作用，明显改善生活质量，不失为一种介入治疗中有效的药物，值得我们进一步探讨。objedve to explors the effect of arterial infusion with high dose polyega plusroutine chemotherapy in the treatment of stomach carcinoma. Method:30 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group each group included 15 cases. Both groups were treated with PDD + THP + 5 - Fu Treatment grorp combined with ar- terial infusion with poyega loug, and taken tablet 100ug x 3/day tased for 10 days. Results: there are 2CR and 4SD in the treatment gnup and the response rae was(CR + PR)of 66 .7%; stable rate was(CR + PD + SD)93 .3%,The re-sponse rate of coned was 46 .6%;and the stable rate 60%. Conclusion: the effect of the method is more obviously than the coned group, suggesting that the. Arterial infusion with high dose poyega plus rouhne chemotberapy promot-ed the effect inter venhonal.decreased the toxicity and improved the live quality We considered tha polyega is an ef-fective drug and worth for studying further.
