肝细胞癌患者血清leptin和MMP-9的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探究肝细胞癌患者血清瘦素(leptin)及金属基质蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达情况及其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定80例肝细胞癌患者血清leptin及MMP-9的表达水平,并与40例健康志愿者进行比较,分析影响肝细胞癌患者血清leptin和MMP-9水平的因素。两组比较采用t检验,多组比较采用方差分析,相关性检验采用Pearson分析。结果肝细胞癌患者血清leptin、MMP-9表达水平明显高于健康对照组,升高水平与其临床分期成正比。肝细胞癌患者血清leptin、MMP-9的水平与患者合并腹水、体质量指数、肿瘤数目和大小、血管和淋巴转移情况、肿瘤胞膜完整度和肿瘤分化程度相关,且二者呈正相关(r=0.3817,P<0.05)。结论 leptin和MMP-9在肝细胞癌患者体内出现异常表达,二者可能共同参与了其发生发展的过程。Objective To explore the expressions of leptin, MMP-9 and their clinical significance in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods In samples from 80 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma and 40 cases of healthy volunteers, ELISA was used to detect the levels of serum leptin and MMP-9, then the results were analyzed between the groups. Results The level of serum leptin and MMP-9 were significantly up-regulated in hepatocellular carcinoma, and the rising levels had a positive correlation with the clinical stage of the hepatocellular carcinoma. The levels of serum leptin and MMP-9 in hepatocellular carcinoma have relations with the hydroperitoneum, the BMI, the number and the size of the tumor, the vascular and lymphatic metastasis of tumor cells, the integrity of the tumor envelope and the stage of tumor cell differentiation. The two cytokines were positively correlated（r= 0. 381 7, P%0.05）. Conclusion Leptin and MMP-9 were abnormally expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma, which may be involved in the carcinogenesis and development of hepatocellular carcinoma.
